i7 3630qm is not Turboboosting in Cyberpunk 2077

I have Clevo P150EM laptop with i7 3630qm and it works on base clock in cyberpunk 2077. Turboboost works in other games and stress tests, but when i play in Cyberpunk, frequency drops from 3.2 Ghz to 2.4 Ghz. Why?

There is SSU scan of system and screenshot of a problem.

Hello sb_si_letnI

Thank you for your patience in this matter. Could you please double-check the below points and provide us with more details?

1- Have you made sure that the Turbo Boost is activated in the BIOS? Once you confirm it is enabled, please proceed with the next steps.

2- We can see that the system has an NVIDIA* discrete processor unit (dGPU). Please try using only the integrated Intel® graphics, for instance, by disabling/deactivating the NVIDIA* graphics card and let us know the outcome.

Please contact your computer manufacturer (OEM) for assistance in disabling/deactivating the NVIDIA* graphics in order to try this test.

3- Please download the Intel® Processor Identification Utility and open it while the game is running, If the reported speed is higher than the base speed, then that means the Turbo Boost is active and working fine. Please provide details.

4- We checked the OEM website* and it seems there are no BIOS downloads available so we couldn't confirm if the system is running the latest BIOS. We recommend contacting your OEM to check if there are BIOS updates available.

It is worth mentioning that we cannot endorse/validate the usage of third-party tools and considering this is a mobile processor, we are not aware of any changes that the OEM might have implemented.

Intel® Turbo Boost Technology allows the processor cores to run faster than the rated operating frequency if they’re operating below power, current, and temperature specification limits. So, if the system is detecting that increasing the cores' speed will or may interfere with the specification limits of the power, temperature, etc then, the Turbo Boost won't be automatically activated. Or on the other side, it could be that the NVIDIA* card is taking all the graphics features with this game and that is why the processor is not detecting a graphics peak load.
