i7-4710MQ compatible for Virtualization ?

Hi, i am planning to buy a used laptop Thinkpad T440P i7-4710MQ. I would like to know if this supports Virtualization like HyperV, Virtualbox, VMware etc. Based on research it shows below. and VT-d is not supported. Please advise.

I can tell you that you can run Hyper-V. I did it with a i7-4770K. However, I switched to an i7-4771, just to have the VT-D, thinking I would get more in Hyper-V support. Honestly, I did not notice a difference, and Hyper-V worked well on the i7-4770K.

Here are the specs on the three processos./ You will see that the i7-4770K specs (in regards to VPRO and VT-x VT-D) are the same as your processor:

Thank you for your clarification on this. I'm just afraid i wont be able to run 4-5 vms and set a AD DNS, DHCP, Web and nano server on the machines which needs to connect to each other and the internet.
