i have an i74770s 3.1ghz,i need to play a video game with minimum requirements of i5-750 2.67 ghz and a recomended i7 3770 3.4ghz

.can i run it without enter in overclocking(i don´t wanna use overclocking)?

I cross checked the requirements for the games you mentioned, and it looks like the processor should handle all of them; however, I noticed that there is a requirement for the graphics card, you might need to take that into consideration.

Yes,My processor is from the 4th generation,but it s 4770s@3.1ghz of standard speed and the required processor for this game is 4790@3.6hz of standard speed.what are the consequences of playing this game with my processor instead of the required one ?

The worst case scenario is the that the game will not work or perform as expected. As mentioned before the processor should be able to handle it.
