Hi assnnn,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, let me help you with this problem.

Based on the problem description, the computer crashes when trying to boot to the operating system.

Does the computer boot to the operating system?

Are you able to run any processor diagnostic tool? if so, please run the following tool:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool

The Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool verifies the functionality of the Intel® processor.

Please let me know your findings.

Hi assnnn,

Too bad this did not work for your processor. At this stage, I recommend contacting Intel support and check warranty options for the Intel® processor.

Please see contact information at http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html
