i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs) vs i9-10900X CPU @ 3.70GHz (20 CPUs)

Hi,

We do some benchmarking to compare i7 and i9 performance.

As result the i7 is faster than the i9 with a 15% time difference.

The test application is a mix of C# and C++.

C++ is compiled with Intel C++ Compiler Classic (ICC) .

We use OpenMP to perform multi-thread operations.

Looking for any good information.

You can also check with the motherboard manufacturer to confirm if all the features from Arc, are compatible with the system.
