i7 7820x processor Restart issue

We have bought a 17 7820x processor in December 2017 for 3D modelling and rendering , rendering speed is better, but we have very serious issue of restarting while rendering or loading any heavy file. we even have issue with loading any Aftereffects file if the file bit heavier. i am not sure what has caused the issue so we have even disabled overclock, but still the issue still exists

Steps to save the report:
  1. Run the utility
  2. Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
  3. Once the scan is complete click on "next".
  4. Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
  5. To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

 

Could you let us know how is the performance if you restore BIOS to default settings?

Hi

we even tried to open one aftereffects file after restoring the bios to default settings. the issue is same, i have attached screenshot of an error image.

Could you provide me with the memory RAM part number?

Cloud you provide us the report of the CPU usage at the time of rendering?

Could you provide us with the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool report? Please attach the result to the thread.
