Hello Ardy19

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.

To have a better understanding of the problem, please share with us the following information:

  • When the system crashes, is it restarting by itself? Does it completely turn off? or do you get a blue screen?
  • Does the behavior persist when the computer is in an idle state?
  • Did you try to boot with minimal configuration?
  • Which version of Windows do you use? Which Build?
  • Which BIOS version are you running currently?
  • Do you enable Turbo Boost from the BIOS?
  • What is the part number of the RAM used?
  • Did you enable Intel XMP and if yes, what was the memory speed configured?

We'll be waiting for your response.
