BIOS & Task Manager shows 6 cores but
Windows 10 fails to start after setting number of processors as 12 in advanced boot options (Bad-system-config-info !!)

Hello HSONN,
Thank you for posting on the Intel ® communities.
I would like to begin by mentioning that the processor has only 6 physical cores and that could be the reason why you are unable to boot properly, the processor has 6-cores and 12-threads, this means that if you decide to select 12 cores for booting the system will not be able to find them so please take the settings back to the default values so this way you can boot properly.
