my problem is this: I bought an i7 8700 no K he is mounted on gigabyte z370 ultragaming.when I activate the turbo INTEL the processor runs at 4200 Ghz constant even in idle, if I disable the turbo the processor runs at 0.8 Ghz.the real problem is that these are practically fixed values ie they do not change independently of the load on the processor
