Hello Ankit1996,
Thank you for joining the Processors Community. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with Intel® Turbo Boost.
I was double checking the specs for your components, and noticed that the processor only supports DDR4-2666. The memory you mentioned is not compatible, in fact the memory speed is way lower than the one the processor supports. Our recommendation to ensure the right performance of the Intel® Turbo Boost is to run the correct memory type.
Regards,
Amy C.

/thread/120324 Ankit1996, that to me is a behavior that indicates that it could be memory related. Is there any chance you can test DDR4-2666 sticks?
Regards,
Amy C.

Could you please let us know the part number of your RAM?
Have you checked with Gigabyte what are the steps in order to address the D4 code?
