i7 8750h - can't undervolt

I have an MSI GE63-8RF Raider with an i7 8750h, I had to reinstall windows and since then I can't undervolt anymore. The Core-Voltage section is greyed out.

I haven't updated my BIOS if you're wondering. I just reinstalled windows.

Any ideas of how to undervolt or make the XTU work again?

That is correct - you cannot undervolt.  Intel has disabled this because of a security issue:

And, you processor is an H processor.  XTU supports only X and K processors.
