i7-9750H Overheating and Shutting Down

Hi there,

I have an MSI laptop with an i7-9750H core and I am having heating issues with this laptop and the laptop overheating and shutting down regularly. SSU report and  Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool result are attached with this post.

Processor cooling is part of your laptop experience. MSI is responsible for the design and implementation of this solution. I am afraid you will need to talk to them about this problem.
