Hello people
I have built a whole new PC this week. Two days ago, I set the PC up with Win11Pro and everything seemed to be fine. Then I wanted to download some software, but the PC just continues to crash, once it has to do something more, than just live. I'm not sure if it's because of the CPU or anything else. But the CPU is my first guess, after i didn't notice anything when it crashes.
The thing is, that there is no message when it crashes. It just goes black, turns off, but instantly comes back without me pressing the power button. I have no idea how to get rid of this, so i decided to write this message here. Hopefully someone has a possible solution to this.
Im ready to give more information if needed!
Thanks for reading.
Ronny

Hello @Jocelyn_Intel
I have done all the tests you told me to do.
You can find the results in the attachments.
I'm not able to try out another motherboard.
The issue is still there, once the there is a little bit more performance needed, it crashes and instantly reboots by itself.
Best regards,
Ronny

Hello, @buueergy
Thank you for your reply and the reports provided.
Try updating your motherboard BIOS to the latest version available (F10b). Contact your Motherboard manufacturer for this step if needed.
If the issue persists, please attach a new Intel SSU report, so we can investigate further once your system is up to date.
Best regards,

Hello @Jocelyn_Intel
A friend of mine was just looking over my PC. The problem was actually in the RAM instead of CPU. Looks like it doesn't crash anymore.
I had the RAM in the wrong 2 slots built. I'm genuinely sorry for taking your time.
Best regards,
Ronny.
