i9-13900K fails stress test - XTU/Cinebench

When stress testing my 13900k with the Intel XTU AVX stress test I receive a fail message within seconds. Additionally, my system will not run Cinebench without crashing the application. 

Processor - 13900k

Mobo - ROG STRIX Z790

       BIOs - 2202

       Running XMP with everything else set to defaults. 

GPU - RTX 4080

RAM - Corsair DDR5 - 5600 - 64 GB

OS - Windows 11 

I ran a test using the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool - Passed

I attached the SSU scan export.

additionally, I have tried running a Memtest (passes) and turning off XMP.
