How can I solve problems of E and I cores dispatch?

When playing games which need multiple cores, my game is at a standstill?

Please answer the following questions so we can understand better the problem: 

1. Can you please clarify what is the cores dispatch you are referring to? Please provide a screenshot or more details. 
2. What do you mean by "standstill"? Are you getting error messages or any other specific issues (crashes, freezes, lag, etc.)? If you are getting error messages, please attach a screenshot of it, if possible.
3. What are the games that you are having issues with?
