Hello Davidblx,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re experiencing with your system and game performance. To better assist you, I need to gather some additional information. Could you please answer the following questions?

  1. Has this issue occurred before?
  2. Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me?
  3. How did you perform the last update? Did you use a device manager-clean installation or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before updating to the latest graphics driver?
  4. May I know the origin of the game (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?
  5. Have you updated the game version or any related applications recently?
  6. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to fix the issue?
  7. Have you tried rolling back to the previous graphics driver version?
  8. Could you provide screenshots or recordings of the issue so I can clearly see what’s happening?

Providing this information will help me diagnose the system more accurately and check for available solutions. Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Hello Davidblx,

Please try the following steps to address the system issues:

  1. Perform DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller):
  • Uninstall the current graphics driver using DDU.
  • Install the latest graphics driver from your GPU manufacturer.

  1. Revert Graphics Driver:
  • If you have an Intel discrete GPU/IGPU and are experiencing crashes, especially in Fortnite, try reverting to driver version 32.0.101.6078 WHQL, which has been reported to stabilize the system.

  1. Run IPDT (Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool
  • Use IPDT to check if the processor is faulty.

  1. Disable Turbo Boost in BIOS:

yep, same All the answered solutions have been tried by me, but unfortunately the same problem exists, Everyone has the same problem, but there is no credibility from you to recognize or change the processor in general, the trust you build for years has ended been using intel for 30 years now but  i will be going to another processor
