First i would like to start off with this cpu has already been replaced once for thermal throttling issues. But since i got the pc returned after a few weeks , random programs started freezing - crashing . random tabs i had open on the net were freezing and needed to close and re open tab to fix this. I have done and run all the basic ram and memory checks and they all came back fine . I have included a short period of logging that i recorded with a few tabs open and just clicking open on a game , not actually playing the game. there is no way this is normal for even for base level spec pc like mine .

Hi CJH2024,

Thank you for posting in the Community!

Please share more details about the issue so I can assist you effectively.

Can you describe the issue more to us?

Was this working before or a newly integrated system?

Did you do recent changes with the system?

Have you performed other troubleshooting steps?

Was the processor purchased less than 30 days ago?

Have you updated the BIOS version to the latest?

Did you overclock the processor?

Please note that if the system was overclocked, including voltage/frequency beyond the processor supported specifications, your processor voids warranty.

Just to add, as a general best practice Intel recommends users adhere to Intel Default Settings on their desktop processors. Intel is not changing the tuning capabilities of existing K sku processors. Users who desire to overclock or utilize higher power delivery settings than recommended can still do so at their own risk as overclocking may void warranty or affect system health (learn more at Overclock Your CPU with Unlocked Intel® Processors - Intel).
