i9-9900k high clock speed always 4700+ MHz

How do I fix the speed so it's lower?

my specs:

CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K Coffee Lake 3.6 GHz

GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER ROG Strix AD

Memory: 4xG.Skill TridentZ RGB DDR4-3200

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F GAMING

System disk: Samsung 960 EVO M.2 SSD - 250GB

Update your ASUS bios.

In both BIOS Setup and Windows Setup, change the power settings from their High Performance default to Balanced Performance.

i got a problem i cant open my bios...

i got a corsair and my "scroll lock" is just blinking in startup

when i go to windows settings and open bios on restart i cant use my keyboard because my "scroll lock" is blinking

You definitely need to contact ASUS for support of THEIR BIOS.
