Hi Team,

I have buy i9-12900K -16 Thread processor.

I have to install "ubuntu-20.04 or 18.04 LTS". Does processor support this ubuntu version?

or which version does it support (I have not install anything right now)

I have 3 SSD: 1st SSD: Windows, 2nd: ubuntu, 3rd: Data storage.

Graphics: NVIDA RTX 3060Ti - 8GB.

Your question is backwards..  It is not if the processor supports ubuntu, it is if ubuntu supports the processor.  Check your distro for more information.

I have below configuration:

1: Processor: i9-12900K -16 Thread processor.
2: SSD: Windows OS
3: RAM: 32GB
4: Graphics: NVIDA RTX 3060Ti - 8GB

As per below image, I am not understanding  Q.1: "what is Shared GPU memory"

Q.2: GPU is 8GB. Then whay GPU Memory showing is 23.9GB.

Your processor graphics will use up to 50% of your system memory.  Thus, you have 32GB and the 15.9GB is roughly 50% of that.

Your nvidia card has 8GB.

15.9 + 8.0 is 23.9.  Why your ubuntu utility displays it as such is a question for your linux support.
