I have buy i9-12900K -16 Thread processor.
I have to install "ubuntu-20.04 or 18.04 LTS". Does processor support this ubuntu version?
or which version does it support (I have not install anything right now)
I have 3 SSD: 1st SSD: Windows, 2nd: ubuntu, 3rd: Data storage.
Graphics: NVIDA RTX 3060Ti - 8GB.

Your question is backwards.. It is not if the processor supports ubuntu, it is if ubuntu supports the processor. Check your distro for more information.

I have below configuration:
1: Processor: i9-12900K -16 Thread processor.
2: SSD: Windows OS
3: RAM: 32GB
4: Graphics: NVIDA RTX 3060Ti - 8GB
As per below image, I am not understanding Q.1: "what is Shared GPU memory"
Q.2: GPU is 8GB. Then whay GPU Memory showing is 23.9GB.

Your processor graphics will use up to 50% of your system memory. Thus, you have 32GB and the 15.9GB is roughly 50% of that.
Your nvidia card has 8GB.
15.9 + 8.0 is 23.9. Why your ubuntu utility displays it as such is a question for your linux support.
