Hello MJusk

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In order to check this behavior further could you please provide the following information?

1- Was there any hardware or software change or update before the issue started to happen?

2- Have you made sure the system is up to date? (Windows updates, drivers updates, software updates, etc.).

3- When the programs are randomly closing, are they showing any error message? Are you getting a Windows® error message or Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error? Please provide details?

4- Have you tried loading BIOS defaults for testing purposes? If not, could you please try this. We recommend contacting the motherboard manufacturer for proper instructions.

5- Have you checked that the processor and the cooling system/heatsink are properly installed?

6- By any chance have you monitored the temperatures to discard overheating issues?

7- Please brand and model of the following components:

  • Cooling System orHeatsink/Fan
  • Computer Case/Chassis:

8- Please provide the .txt file report of the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool?

9- Also, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread to gather more details about your system.

9.1- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

9.2- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

9.3- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

Note:

To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box.

Best regards,

Hello Andrev

Sorry didn't saw your reply. We did couple of tests with a retailer and he accepted the CPU back.

Thanks
