We are a EMS and we are building a prototype build for a customer thia uses the C3958 processor. We would like to know if this processor can be processed through our wash station once its completed the SMT line. The customer is finding from their old EMS supplier a high failure rate due to possible water trapped under the heat sink after the wash process. Can this Intel Atom processor order code # HW8076502444202 be washed or can you give me any documents pertaining to Intel's specification on this particular processor to show the customer if needed for redesign.
