Hello RIMINI,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
Regarding your question, multiple fans in the market may replace the one you are using. However, to know if the fan will help your system, you should identify which is the socket of your motherboard and check with the Fan manufacturer if they have a device that supports your motherboard socket; usually, fans support multiple sockets.

The hole placement for the 'feet' of the heatsink-fan unit are standardized and there are plenty of replacements from Intel and from third parties. Sites like Amazon and eBay list literally hundreds of alternatives and replacements. There are alternatives that you can purchase that will increase the heat dissipation capability and support upgrade processors.
On Amazon, you can find a replacement E97379-003 heatsink-fan unit here: https://www.amazon.com/Intel-E97379-003-Connector-Aluminum-Heatsink/dp/B01LWMGRX6 (this is an example, there are other sources available through Amazon as well). If you want to upgrade, you could look at a basic heatpipe design such as this: https://www.amazon.com/Vetroo-Cooler-Processor-Universal-Addressable/dp/B08F21X2VP or a premium design such as this: https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-NH-D9L-Premium-Cooler-NF-A9/dp/B00QCEWTAW.
Hope this helps,
...S
