I bought the new laptop(Dell G15 5530) 15 days ago and then i realized that my laptop is heating (70 C)too much without doing any work. After the intel xtu stress test i found that it's thermal throttling. What should I do?
Here's the all screenshot for the details.

Hello PIYUSH-20,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of your concern. It's great that you've already run the Intel XTU stress test to gather insights.
Please answer the following questions:
- Have you done recent changes to the system?
- Have you adjusted any BIOS management settings?
- What is the power settings of your Laptop?
Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
I would like you to download and install the Intel processor diagnostic tool (IPDT) to check the processor's health.
We look forward to your reponse!
Best Regards,
Robbie R.
