Buongiorno a Tutti

Hello dlanfredi,
Thank you for joining the Processors Community. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with this matter.
In this case Intel® Turbo Boost Technology will work automatically, so from our end there is no documentations on how to unlock it. I believe that your frequency could go higher, but let's some information regarding your computer. Please see below;
- Provide your https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- Download Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* report.
- Have you noticed if the frequency changes while using other apps?
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.
Regards,
Amy C.

I am sorry to hear that /thread/119506 dlanfredi.
Based on your findings I believe this could be hardware related, is there any chance to contact Dell and let them know about this behavior?
Regards,
Amy C.
