intel turbo boost is not working

I7 7700HQ cpu @2.8 Ghz

UEFI BIOS from insyde

GTX 1070

I can't find ant option for intel turbo boost

I've tried to enable it from the BIOS and there's no option at all for OC

I've tried to instal turbo boost max 3.0 and the below message pop up

"ITBM driver not available - possibly BIOS configuration needed"

i've tried to install intell turbo monitor and the same message pop up

can you please help me since I'm having difficulty running some of the games with a GTX 1070!!

Since BIOS implementation and the settings offered in BIOS Setup are the purview of the manufacturer, you will need to contact them (namely HP) regarding this question.

Frankly, I don't see Turbo Boost not being enabled as being the reason behind your gaming issues,
