laptob cpu upgrade

I have intel i3 2367m and hm77 mainboard i want to upgrade my cpu but i cant find the cpu compatible cpu for my pc iwant to learn which cpu's are compatible with my pc

You need to look for this information on the web site of your board manufacturer. They should have a page or document that lists the processors that are supported by their BIOS.

Adding to Scott's post, it is likely that you can do nothing, as your existing processor uses a BGA socket, which means it is soldered to the motherboard.  It might be the case that HP has used a daughter card to hold the processor, but that would be far to convenient for the user, and HP does not want you upgrading your existing device when they can force you to purchase a new one.  And, lastly, if any upgrade were possible, it would not be worth it on a device this old.
