Recently, I've downloaded Intel Management Engine Interface me_sw_1909.12.0.1236. It's showing Cons & Corp folder. Can I install any of them? I've read the user guide It says that you should Install a specific one. Which should I install? Please explain this.

Hello ofs969786,
You can try to install our driver, however, due to the customized system (your laptop), the driver may not work properly. It would be better if you use the driver from HP that was made for your device.
If you are already using our drivers and you experience any issues, you will need to try with the ones from HP or get in contact with them for further support.
Best regards,
Deivid A.

Hello ofs969786,
I would like to let you know that after an internal investigation, I noticed that the driver that you are trying to use is a generic driver (as all the Intel drivers) and may not work on your laptop. I recommend you to use the driver from HP since is customized to work perfectly with your device and is compatible with your BIOS.
For instructions, try to get in contact with HP.
Best regards,
Deivid A.
