Processor and cooling poorly installed? BIOS needs updating? Does the motherboard bios actually support the processor?

everything is installed properly and i have updated the bios to the newest update and didnt work my motherboard support the processor

i have ROG STRIX b365-F gaming motherboard ASUS and i7 9700k
