Hi,

My processor (i5-9300h, 2.4GHz - 4.10GHz) is constantly in top of speed (4.10GHz) I want to know if it's normal or not. And if it's not, how can be done to solve this problem ?

How does your photo indicate you are at 4.10ghz? Everything looks normal to me.

Run the Control Panel Power Options applet and ensure that the Balanced (as opposed to High Performance) power plan is selected. You should also look to see if your BIOS supports a similar setting (or set of settings) and change it from Max Performance to Balanced.

Hope this helps,
