The Tcase temperature has a value up to 76.7 "C.

Tcase: The thermal specification shown is the maximum case temperature at the maximum Thermal Design Power (TDP) value for that http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/272901-28-what-tcase-1%C2-mean# processor. It is measured at the geometric center on the topside of the processor integrated heat spreader.
