need spec sheet for intel Reference Heat Sink specification from i9-10900F

I have ordered Corei9-10900F BOX, it comes with an intel copper heat sink (black), but on the top, there is no part n#, (the old one is showing  Model No.: E97378-001), please need me a spec sheet for this new black fan.
