no instability yet on my 13900k... But should I still be concerned?

I've been reading about 13th cpu failure all over the internet, but how do I know if my CPU is affected? I haven't noticed any instability and my games have not crashed, but I don't have any Unreal 5 Games (I don't do fortnite). My tempatures do get a bit high, but usually not past 70c

 I have also read that the CPU also gets far too much voltage. Are these voltages okay?

 

Here is my hardware:

i9 13900k (purchased in June 2023)

Asus ROG STRIX Z790-H with BIOS 2402(This version has a microcode patch applied to the eTVB)

32 gb Crucial DDR5 @ 5600MT/s

ASUS TUF Nvidia RTX 4080 OC 16gb

Windows 11 home 23H2

A:  Intel Core 13th and 14th generation desktop processors affected by the Via Oxidation issue display similar symptoms to processors affected by the elevated voltage-related Vmin Shift Instability issue, including OS and application hangs and errors.  For the Vmin Shift Instability issue, Intel has delivered a microcode patch (0x129) as a partial mitigation addressing exposure to elevated voltages which is a key element of the Vmin Shift Instability issue. To be effective, the microcode patch (0x129) MUST be loaded via BIOS update. Please contact your system or motherboard manufacturer for BIOS updates containing this microcode update (0x129).


Q: I have also read that the CPU also gets far too much voltage. Are these voltages okay?

A: Yes, it is within voltage limits.


The microcode update (0x129) will limit voltage requests above 1.55V as a preventative mitigation for processors not experiencing instability symptoms. This microcode update will primarily improve operating conditions for K/KF/KS processors, with less impact on non-K Series processors. Analysis is ongoing to address other scenarios that can result in this Vmin shift on Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen desktop processors (list of vulnerable processors is here). Intel will share a progress update on this analysis by the end of August. You may check the datasheet on page 186


Customers experiencing instability symptoms on 13th and 14th Generation desktop processors should contact their system manufacturer, or in the case of an Intel Boxed Processor, please contact Intel Customer Support.
