Just to be clear, there is no TPM in the Core i5-5257U, per se. There is, however, support in the Intel chipset (within the Intel Management Engine) that meets the same set of requirements as a hardware TPM and thus provides the same set of capabilities. This support comes from a technology called Intel Platform Trust Technology (Intel PTT, for short).
You should find support within the platform's BIOS that allows this technology to be enabled and configured.
