overheating I3 10500

Hello. The processor is new and as you can see in the image it is not required but the temperature seems a bit high. Is it possible that I need to put the thermal compound back on?

Do you not have the thermal paste applied? 

Proper application of the paste, and a correctly sized/installed cooling device is essential.
