Hi, I bought a used i5 6600k and as soon as I installed it I noticed that the graphics card doesn't work. I tried to update the video card drivers but nothing worked. I went into the bios and no card was found. So I tried another video card and nothing. I tried the same configuration with the old processor and everything works again. Is it possible that the processor is damaged?

You will not find any help here for a discontinued/unsupported used processor.
Return it to your place of purchase for a refund or replacement.

Hi, markne00.
Thank you for posting in our Intel communities.
I noticed that you are using an Intel i5 6600k processor that has an issue with the PCIE x16 slot. However, due to this product being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find here: (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/discontinued-products.html) the Discontinued Products website to address your request. Thank you for understanding.
Best Regards,
Von M.
