please help, 13900kf pcore 0 issues

Hey, i recently built this pc with the following specs:

 

MB: Gigabyte z790 aorus elite ax ddr5

CPU: intel 13900kf

RAM: 32 gb Corsair vengeance rgb 7200 cl34

GPU: rtx 4080 gaming oc

Power: Be Quiet Straight Power 12 platin 1000w

windows 10 pro

 

 the cpu seems to work fine besides one thing, pcore 0 is always dropping to its minimum specification if i look at hwinfo64, on intel xtu the core frequency also seems to be dropping to a weird 0 ghz, i wonder what is going on here, please help im slowly losing my mind with this,  i didnt heavily overclock the cpu or anything, the temps are always fine, i tried to set the vcore to fixed with about 1.4v and that was it in terms of voltage changing, highest llc tested was medium, all cores seems to work fine except pcore 0 which is doing this weird stuff

 

i start wondering if my cpu is maybe damaged or something because this doesnt seems normal

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand that you are having an issue with the P-Cores. To help you on this matter, please provide the following:


1. From the picture, I see the P-cores at 5.50GHz and the E-cores at 4.30GHz. Can you take a shot video and pictures from the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) where I can see the issue you described?

2. What is the Windows 10 version and build?

3. What is the BIOS version installed?

4. Do you have any overclocking settings enabled in the BIOS?

5. Run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool and share the report:
