please i need advice on max cpu upgrade options on my desktop pc

Hi i have a acer aspire t660 pc

i believe the system board is socket PLGA775 type

i wanted to know if this board is compatible with Intel core 2 duo e4700

and will the board handle 800fsb

any help please

Please note that we as Intel® provide the hardware to the computer manufacturers only and they will design and create their computers depending on their customers' needs. Due to this reason, the manufacturers can set limitations on the computers.

My best recommendation for you is to contact the computer manufacturer so they can provide to you a processor compatibility list for your unit and also confirm other capabilities such as the FSB.
