Please see the following article
http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Intel-Core-i3-i5-i7-Processors-Arrandale.25085.0.html
Notice the Power Consumption review section and as well the Verdict at the end of the article. It shows the i7 620 m at a considerably higher power consumption. Does this seem odd? I am wondering if the report itself is off or if this really is the case. One conclusion of this would be that for battery life/performance considerations the i5 540 m or i5 520 m would be the way to go over the i7 620 m.
Any thoughts on this?
thanks,
Kevin

Interesting and very valid observation. It will be a nice question to put up to Intel experts during the next Intel Live Chat session. Be there. www.intellivechat.com
