You need to install the appropriate Chipset Device Software (aka INF Update) package followed by the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) software package. Note that this resolves the SMBus device entry (so no yellow bang) but does not install any driver. SMBus drivers are installed by the individual software packages that require their services.
If this does not result in the entries being satisfied, you may have to force the issue. The process for doing so it as follows:
- Extract the contents of the ZIP file containing the Chipset Device Software (aka INF Update) package to a temporary folder.
- Open a Command Prompt or Powershell Window.
- Make this temporary folder the current folder.
- Execute command ".\SetupChipset.exe /overall".
- After reboot, you can delete the temporary folder.
Hope this helps,
... S
