I'm having problems with my i7 13700kf, the processor keeps overheating and often goes into thermal throttling. I don't know what to do.
Are you saying I should ask for a change?
In case, would anyone be able to tell me what steps I need to take to receive a replacement, since the Intel website is not very clear?

Update the latest bios firmware with microcode 0x129 and then set intel default settings
- They are utilizing the Intel Default Settings recommendations for their Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen desktop processor – including both Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen consumer, commercial, and entry workstation desktop systems.
