Windows 11 supports 8th generation processors; you need to change processor with supported motherboard. ram module, ssd.

@gaschmidt Do not listen to @VARADHARAJAN There is no processor that is supported by W11 that will replace your T6600.
Your processor uses a 478 socket:
Even if there were a processor available, you would have to consult with the laptop manufacturer and ask them which processors are compatible with their bios.
However, do not let any of this stop you from trying to upgrade to W11:
