I´m using a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz with Edição Windows 10 Home
Versão 20H2
Instalado em ‎02/‎02/‎2021
Compilação do SO 19042.844
Experiência Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0

And when I try to update my intel drivers trough intel driver assistant a message saying "Oops! Something went wrong during the scan." appears. I already tried do re install the program and it didn´t work.

What browser are you using?

Are you blocking firewall ports?

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

Hello!

I am using Chrome.

I don´t think I am blocking firewall ports, how do I check this?

Here´s the file from System Suport Utility.

Helo Bento, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

I just wanted to check if the problem with the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant persists and if you still need assistance on this matter?
