Whenever I try to update my drivers I keep on getting "Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan" error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the IDSA multiple times with different methods.

What browser are you using?

Are you blocking any firewall ports?

Have you cleared your cache?

What windows version?

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

I am using Brave as my browser, using Windows 10, last time I cleared my cache was today, and I don't believe that I am blocking any firewall ports

Use Firefox, Edge, or Chrome.   Brave is not a supported browser.
