"Unknown error" message appears during installation of Intel(R) Chipset Device Software ver. 10.1.18716.8265. Several error codes in log files (attached) during extract of the SetupChipsetx64.msi and NullDrivers.cab files:

The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{E34643DD-962A-4CE6-B792-FF6917E6486E}v10.1.18716.8265\NullDrivers.cab' because it is being used by another process.

I could see that we have created an internal case that is currently under work, please kindly refer to that case for more updates on this behavior.
