my cpu hits 70°C on prime95 1344K after 1 sec (oc to 4,9Ghz) Im using a MoRa3 radiator which provides 360*360mm surface. My water temps go up to maximum 26°C but as mentioned, my cpu stays above 70°C 100% and 35°C idle. 50l/h or 175l/h makes no difference.
My Heatkiller iv Cpu cooler is absolutley plane but my CPU heatspreader is convex so my question is, did intel changed the properties or have i gotten a broken heatspreader (as far as i remember intel heatspreaders were meant to be concarve and not convex)
