I was given a code from buying my laptop. I put that code in and it glitched with a 1/0 code on the survey portion.
I lost my code to it and haven't had any help getting it back.

Having exactly the same issue.
looks like this is a massive ongoing issue. found the same issues dating back as far as 2015. Would have thought it would have been fixed by now. Apparently not!
if you are going to run a service like this. how about making sure it works.
At this point, i think it better to outsource this to people who are competent.
oh. and that link you posted, is useless. just forces you back to the 1/0 question screen.
heres an idea on how to fix it. scrap the stupid questionaire.
