As long you have Turbo feature enabled for your CPU (then it will run all your cores on 3.4Ghz) you should be definitely fine.
And having Phenom II X4 940 together with i5-2500K is weird, as this Phenom is much slower then i5.

i checked and "turbo boost" is already enabled. I don't understand why my i5 is getting beat by a phenom II x4 940.

Trespasser07 : they simply added minimum CPU for both sides, for AMD it's phenom II x4 940. For Intel it's i5-2500K.
It will run fine on your CPU, so don't worry about it.

Huh? you mean to say a 3.2 ghz i5-4460 is not good enough to make the minimum for Intel but a 2.9 Phenom II x4 940 does for AMD? I don't think its about brands, it should be about capability to run the games, don't you think?
