unable to install Hyper V feature on my windows server 2016

Hi i am an MCSA student on windows server 2016 and i have been trying to enable the hyper V feature from windows server 2016 data-center evaluation below is the error i get when i add the feature.

hyper-v cannot be installed the processor does not support second level address translation my PC has a processor Intel Core (TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60 GHZ with 8 GB internal memory

In order to help you better, I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have on the computer. Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

 

Steps to save the report:
  1. Run the utility.
  2. Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
  3. Once the scan is complete click on "next".
  4. Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
  5. To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

I am reviewing the information of the report that you have sent me, looking into the information of the processor I see that I has the features for virtualization (Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x), Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d), Intel® VT-x with Extended Page Tables (EPT)), for reference see the following link.

In case of the error message that you are having could be that the system manufacturer may have blocked these virtualization features, I would recommend verifying with dell that the system could run these features and it supports the operating system that you have installed.
