Hello Vukile

Thank you for your response.

I am reviewing the information of the report that you have sent me, looking into the information of the processor I see that I has the features for virtualization (Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x), Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d), Intel® VT-x with Extended Page Tables (EPT)), for reference see the following link.

https://ark.intel.com/products/80806/Intel-Core-i7-4790-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_00-GHz https://ark.intel.com/products/80806/Intel-Core-i7-4790-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_00-GHz

In case of the error message that you are having could be that the system manufacturer may have blocked these virtualization features, I would recommend verifying with dell that the system could run these features and it supports the operating system that you have installed.

Hope this help.

Regards,

Leonardo C.
