Can It be upgraded with SSD Crucial MX500 500GB 6.35 cm(2.5-inch) SSD ?

Will it be improved?

Probably.   If it were me, I would clone your HDD to the new SSD, and remove the HDD.  Then boot the SSD.

I use Macrium Reflect to do this quite frequently.

Yes it csn and yes it will make a difference. I have one of the other Intel 6 series Desktop Boards with a i7-2600 and I am using one of these SSDs with it. I purchased a SATA III add-in card to improve performance further. It lives. For now.
